Class Teacher

Class teacher required from September 2010 for a new class 1 of around ten children; this class will combine with a similar number of children in 2011, to become a two-year age combined group.

A positive attitude to the challenges that face a pioneering Steiner school, a love of children and a willingness to work with parents and other colleagues is essential.

A Steiner teaching qualification and experience are desirable, but we offer flexibility and a supportive environment, which could allow the right candidate to complete their Steiner teacher training whilst in post.

Starting salary £17-£18,500 per annum

Parent and Child Group Assistant

Wednesdays 9.30-12.00. Pay £5.80 per hour plus statutory holiday pay (currently 12.1%).

Playgroup Assistant

Fridays 9.30-12.00 Pay £5.80 per hour plus statutory holiday pay (currently 12.1%).

For the Parent and Child Group Assistant and Playgroup Assistant posts, the closing date for applications is 11th February. Interviews will be held on 3rd March 2010.
